Task
In 2024, Prestige Tower approached us with the task of creating a website for real estate sales and rentals. The goal was to combine all necessary tools in one place for clients interested in buying or renting housing, as well as for property owners looking to list their advertisements. We enthusiastically took on the work, thoroughly studied the client's needs, conducted market analysis, and proposed a solution that met contemporary UX/UI and functionality standards.
Result
We developed an intuitive and functional website where users can:
- •Browse available real estate properties with options to select floor, office, and other parameters.
- •Obtain detailed information about each property with descriptions.
- •Easily connect with company representatives through an integrated messenger or feedback form.
To enhance interaction with clients, we implemented a stories feature in the app, where users can receive updates on Alpha Cargo's news, discounts, and new services.
